BOOKING CONDITIONS

Upon arrival, the customer is required to present a valid identification document for registration in accordance with law.

Arrivals are scheduled from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. It is possible to check-in at a different time subject to agreement with the administrator of the structure.

Departures are scheduled before 10 am.

The departure after that time will be charged for 1 night. The customer must return the keys of the apartment at check-out.

The 30% of the entire cost of the stay will be charged at the time of the reservation; Incanto Toscano will confirm the booking as soon as the payment has been received. The balance will be due upon check-in.

If, after booking, there are changes of tax rates due to the Italian law, the price will be updated for compliance and respect of the tax regulations in force at the date of invoice.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed at check-in with a valid credit card.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of the reservation till 6 pm (local time) for 5 days prior to arrival will be charged the equivalent of one night. After this period, any change or cancellation will be charged the full amount of the stay. In case of no-show (without a cancellation), the money given in earnest to confirm your reservation will be retained. In case of cancellation or change for health reasons, supported by a medical doctor’s certificate, the money given in earnest will be returned except € 30,00 for administrative expenses.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

Avoid noises that may disturb (radio, TV, etc..) from 11 pm to 8 am.

The customer is required to verify, on arrival, the apartment and communicate any requests within 2 hours of arrival.

The customer guarantees to use the apartment according to the diligence of a good father of a family. Any violation of the regulation of the structure, of morality, and of public order gives Incanto Toscano the right to remove the customer, without any indemnity, compensation, or refund, even if the stay had been paid in part or in its entirety. Any damage to the property or furnishings will be charged to customer credit card given at check-in as guarantee.
